The Middle-Earth Encyclopedia To browse the Encyclopedia click a letter on the Alphabet at the top of any encyclopedia page or click Search at the bottom of the page. -or- Search Now by typing in a word you would like to find. The Barrow-Downs Middle-Earth Encylopedia is a work in progress. Many entries are incomplete or not even started. But the number of completed articles is growing steadily on a daily basis. All of the definitions are being researched directly from the Middle-Earth novels themsleves. No non-Tolkien sources will be used. As each book is researched it is indexed. When all of the books have been indexed the information will be compiled into Encyclopedia entries. There are already entries in the Encyclopedia, but so far they are few and far between. For now there may be many errors and typos. Please be patient. |
